2010-2015
I received my education in “visual analytics”, my passion for data visualization, and my love of data scientists while working for the research laboratory, PNNL. Below are examples of my work across NLP/text analytics, large graphs, social media analytics, and bioinformatics.
Examples
All data is synthetic/notional and does not reflect the current or previous states of the system.
BEOWulf
BEOWulf, biosurvelliance workbench, integrated multiple health data sources to help analysts report on potential outbreaks.
Green Hornet
Green Hornet is an interactive graph visualization that collapses and expands the graph while maintaining its structure, allowing users to navigate 10–15 million nodes and links.
Visual Patent Search
Visual Patent Search allows entrepreneurs to visually explore and find patents from DOE researchers.
